Going out to dinner w/ my advisor, our guests, and some other folks in our research group. Free Biagis...can't beat that.
After that, working on my IL-TCE (teaching conference) poster. Then staring longingly at the SVU Valentines dreaming that Mariska gave me one.
I'm extra special.

Hmm bit of a silence, eh? Well, in my defence, I was pretty much away from a computer for 3 days.
Chicago on Saturday was superfun. Hit up this crazy $12 breakfast buffet. I've never seen so many mimosas. Cruised around some more, enjoyed the bitter bitter cold weather. Good times. Say it with me...

haha. Sunday was a blur. I was freaking out about all the things I have coming up, but I felt better as the day went on and I realized the negotiability (is that a word?) of some of the stuff.
We've got visitors in from UCSB so yesterday and today we've been in meetings. This is why I haven't been able to get an update in. Bad me.

So....I'm feeling kind of lost right now. I'm worried about work. I'm worried about walls falling. Maybe even walls going up. I don't know. I feel...well...lost. I feel like I've been letting people down. Complicating situations. Not communicating well. Everything just feels a little off.
I worry a lot. I'm definitely the worrying type.
Strange things are afoot at the CircleK.
